One study found that a daily garlic supplement reduced the length of a cold by 70%, from five days in the placebo group to one and a half days in the group taking garlic. Incredible! Garlic is widely loved because it is high in allicin, which is believed to destroy or break up the biofilm in the candida fungus (along with a slew of immune health benefits)!
