OVERVIEW
Occasionally we share promo codes good for discounts on fondbonebroth.com. If you have a valid code, you can apply it at the checkout, which appears on the right side of the screen on the desktop view, or just above the "Payment" view on mobile.
Here are the rules regarding promo codes and discounts:
- Promo codes cannot be applied to previously placed orders.
- Promo codes cannot be combined with any other offers or discount codes.
- Promo codes are not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit.
- To apply a promo code, you must enter it prior to completing the order.
- Promo codes valid on full-priced items to US customers only.
- Promo codes valid only while supplies last.

How do I get a promo code?
The easiest way to receive promo codes is to sign up to be a member of the FOND Family through email and/or SMS text messages. As a FOND Family Member, we'll keep you updated on exclusive promo codes and sales. We occasionally also post promo codes at the top of the fondbonebroth.com home-page or in our private Facebook Group.
Why isn't my promo code working?
Make sure you've entered the promo code correctly without any typos and that the promo code has not expired. If the code was entered correctly and is still valid but didn’t apply to your order, items in your bag may be excluded from the offer (see the terms above).
