FOND Bone Broth LLC does not accept returns of our product since it is a food product. HOWEVER we absolutely and frequently refund customers for the full amount of their purchase.
Although we work extremely hard to ensure every shipment is packed with care and every experience is fantastic, ship happens! We kindly ask that if you are unhappy with the product you contact us. We will either replace or refund the whole amount.
When appropriate we will absolutely issue a refund and we will cheerfully do so. During these instances we ask that you pass the product along to a bone broth loving friend or your neighborhood food bank, or discard if you must.
We WILL replace your product at no cost to you if something has transpired in the shipping or transportation of your product. Always.
Refunds (if applicable)
Damaged goods of any kind can be refunded or replaced within 30 days of purchase. You must provide proof of damaged goods (this is as simple as adding a picture to your email).

You may choose to have your item replaced (100% free always) or your money refunded.
If you choose a refund your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 - 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
