Ingredients

½ rotisserie chicken, shredded

1 small carrot, peeled and sliced thin

½ small onion, sliced thin

1 stalk celery, sliced thin
Directions
In a small pot, add the sliced carrot, onion, celery and bone broth. Bring this up to a boil, and reduce to a simmer until the vegetables are tender. Add the chicken to warm through, and serve with fennel frawns or fresh dill on top.
