Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp butter, unsalted
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced

1 lb Force of Nature Meats Ancestral beef blend
- ¾ cup ketchup
- 2 Tbsp Primal Kitchen Steak Sauce
- 1 Tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 Tbsp ACV
- 1 tsp paprika
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 8-12 brioche buns, toasted
Directions
Start by melting the butter in a saucepan, saute the onions and green bell pepper until tender about 6 minutes, add the ground beef, breaking it up with a wooden spoon until cooked through, about 8 minutes.
- Add the ketchup, bone broth, steak sauce, mustard, ACV and spices. Mix well and continue to cook until the mixture is thickened and heated through for about 6-10 minutes. Serve immediately over toasted buns, over rice or with chips!
