- 1 Egg
- 1 Garlic Clove Crushed and minced
- ½ Teaspoon Dry Mustard
- ½ Teaspoon Salt
- Dash of Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 1 Cup Avocado Oil
- 3 Tablespoons Spring Clean
In a blender or food processor, add the egg, garlic, mustard, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Blend for a few seconds to combine.
With the food processor or blender running, slowly drizzle in the avocado oil. Take your time! This is a slow process and ensures that the oil becomes emulsified with the other ingredients. Check for consistency. Add the Spring Clean and blend. Check for seasoning.
