Bone Broth Aioli

Seriously scrumptious and nourishing to boot, this bone broth aioli is the perfect way to send off summer flavors! Served here with crab cakes, you can easily pair them with roasted veggies or serve them on top of burgers or salmon!

You'll Need: 

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Garlic Clove Crushed and minced
  • ½ Teaspoon Dry Mustard
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt
  • Dash of Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Cup Avocado Oil
  • 3 Tablespoons Spring Clean

In a blender or food processor, add the egg, garlic, mustard, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Blend for a few seconds to combine.

With the food processor or blender running, slowly drizzle in the avocado oil. Take your time! This is a slow process and ensures that the oil becomes emulsified with the other ingredients. Check for consistency. Add the Spring Clean and blend. Check for seasoning.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
