Peanut & Ginger Salad Dressing

Ingredients

2–3 Dates

½ cup Avocado Oil

2 Tbsp FOND’s Lemon & Garlic

2 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil

2 tsp Coconut Aminos

3 Tbsp Peanut Butter (almond butter if Whole30)

1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
-
Handful of Cilantro Leaves (about ½ cup loosely packed)

Juice of 1 Lime
Directions
Place the dates in warm water for 5 minutes to soften them. Remove from the water and put in a Vitamix or comparable blender with the rest of the ingredients. DO NOT OVER MIX. Pulse until just blended. If you over mix, it will coagulate but still taste super yummy!
