Ingredients
Directions
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
In a blender, add the eggs, salt, pepper and bone broth. Blend on low until it forms a homogeneous mixture. The eggs should be fully incorporated.
Spray a cupcake pan with nonstick spray.
Pour the mixture evenly into the cavities.
Next, add the chives, bacon and cheddar cheese evenly throughout the 12 cavities. Before baking, take a butter knife and gently mix each cavity to ensure that each bite will have evenly dispersed ingredients.
Bake for 20 minutes, checking at the 20 minute mark. You’ll know the bites are done once they puff up in the center.
Allow them to cool for 10 minutes before removing from the cupcake pan.
These can be enjoyed immediately, or even cold!
