Bring the bone broth and rice to a boil, then turn heat to low.
Check on the rice after 20 minutes, there should be little holes in the top of the rice indicating it is done! If not, keep cooking until the rice is fully cooked.
Remove from heat and transfer to a LARGE mixing bowl.
Once it has cooled slightly (5 minutes) add the cilantro and green onions, then the salt and the lime juice. Toss until completely mixed. Feel free to add more salt if you prefer.
