Ingredients
-
1 Tbsp Redmond Real salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 3 lb chicken wings
-
8 Tbsp butter, salted
-
⅓ cup hot sauce
-
1 Tbsp ACV
-
1 Tbsp Honey
Directions
Place the chicken wings and place into a large mixing bowl. Toss with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Let sit for 20 minutes. Set the grill to 450. Cook the wings 7-8 minutes on each side. While the wings are cooking, make the sauce. Combine the butter, the lemon and garlic bone broth, ⅓ cup hot sauce, 1 Tbsp ACV and 1 Tbsp honey in a small Made-In saucepan. Once combined, coat the wings in the mixture generously.
Using tongs, place the coated wings on the grill again for 1-2 minutes per side so that the sauce will caramelize and they become crispy. Put the wings back in the sauce, tossing well to combine. Wings can be served immediately, or, served over time in a crockpot kept on the “low” setting, tossing the wings every so often in the sauce.
