Bulletproof Bone Broth Recipe

Keto Chef Max put together this recipe for us and once I tried it, I knew I had to share it with the FOND Family. It is incredibly delicious, nourishing and Keto friendly!
If you're not familiar, the method of bulletproofing a recipe is adding grass fed butter or ghee and MCT oil to a beverage. Why would someone do this? "Bulletproofing" has been shown to improve metabolism, improve mood, stabilize gut health and improve strength
  •  15 fl oz Trolley Dodger Bone Broth
  •  1 tbsp salted grass- fed butter or ghee
  •  1 tbsp MCT oil
  1. In a small pot over high heat, pour bone broth into the pot and bring to a light simmer.
  2. Remove from heat and place bone broth in a blender along with the butter and MCT oil. Blend well until frothy and pour back into the jar. Enjoy!
