Preheat the oven to 450 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and pepper).
Add the butter, and begin cutting it into the dry ingredients. You can do this with a fork or a pastry blender. Keep pushing the butter into the flour mixture until it is crumbled and incorporated completely.
Add in the cheese, chives, buttermilk, bone broth and sour cream. Mix until just combined. Be careful not to over mix.
Drop approximately 1/4 cup mounds onto the baking sheet, making sure to space them at least 2" apart from one another.
- Bake for 12-17 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve hot!
