Preheat the oven to 425º
Wash and trim the carrots, if the greens are clean enough feel free to leave an inch on the base, it adds a nice pop of green.
Toss the carrots in olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook for 15 minutes, turning the carrots once to get an even cook.
Mix the bone broth and maple syrup in a small bowl. Brush over the carrots or drizzle if you don’t have a brush. Cook for an additional 10 minutes flipping the carrots once again ½ way through the cooking time.
