With summer in full swing and temperatures rising, you may be searching for a little reprieve from the heat. One of the classic summer snacks for kids and adults alike is an ice cold popsicle. Store-bought popsicles are often full of sugar and additives (no, thanks!), so we have crafted up a healthier popsicle that you’ll be proud to feed your whole family.

Benefits of Banana
Bananas are full of important nutrients like:

Benefits of Mango
Mango is low in calories yet high in nutrients — particularly vitamin C, which aids immunity, iron absorption and growth and repair of body tissues. Other benefits of mango include its role in supporting eye health, improving hair and skin health, and improving digestion.

Ingredients

10 oz banana (about 2.5 bananas) , ripe, cut into slices

8 oz mango (about 1 mango), peeled and cubed

8 oz coconut cream (stir to incorporate liquid)

4 oz water

1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Blend all of the ingredients together, then pour into popsicle molds and freeze. Best when eaten within a week.
