Marinated Beef Kabobs

Ingredients
- 2-lbs flank steak, cut into cubes for Kabobs
- 1 green squash, cut into slices
- 1 orange bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 red onion
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper

Citrus Marinade
Directions
Preheat the oven to 450 for at least 15 minutes. Cut the vegetables and steak into cubes or slices.
Place the cut ingredients in a non-reactive dish such as an en enamel roasting pan or large glass bowl. Toss with the extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper. Sprinkle the dry seasoning mix, using the entire blend if needed.
Pour the bone broth and citrus marinade over and leave at room temperature for 30 minutes if grilling immediately, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Grill immediately and discard the leftover marinade. Enjoy the tender, flavorful meat and deliciously marinated vegetables!
