I love having a good soup that is hearty enough to be served as a meal to my husband and four growing boys. This soup is filling and light and is delicious served year round!
Add the bone broth, carrots, celery, leaks and cauliflower to a large soup pot.
Bring to a boil and let simmer for 30 minutes.
Add the sausage and cook for an additional 10 minutes.Season with salt and pepper and serve!
