Have you made our poached salmon recipe? Here is a fresh salad and dressing recipe that goes with it for next day’s lunch! Perfect to bring on picnics as well! 😉🧺🌿 We love combining the flavorful FOND Bone Broth with slightly salty Coconut Aminos - it’s an explosion of yumminess! The broth super-charges the dressing nutritionally and the Coconut Secret keeps it ultra low in sodium. For this dressing we blended The Spur bone broth flavor with original Coconut Aminos - it doesn’t take much more to make a tasty salad!

¼ cup cooled FOND’s The Spur

3 Tbsp Coconut Aminos

1 Tbsp Coconut Vinegar

3 Tbsp avocado oil @nutiva

Black pepper, to taste

Sesame seeds or Gomasio

Fresh Cilantro

Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a blender or blend them a mason jar by shaking it. Can be made 3 days in advance, keep covered and refrigerated until ready to use.
Serve with poached salmon.
