We're big fans of weaving bone broth into everything we make, including hot chocolate!
If you’ve never tried adding bone broth to your hot chocolate, you’re missing out! The Spur adds a slightly spicy flavor to this recipe that can’t be beat, plus a list of nutrients that you’ll never find in traditional hot chocolate.
Ingredients

½ cup FOND’s The Spur

¼ cup coconut milk or heavy cream (milk is fine here too if preferred)

1 ½ Tbsp dark cocoa powder

1 scoop collagen peptides

Dash of maple syrup or honey
Directions
In a small saucepan, combine the bone broth and milk or cream. Heat it gently over medium heat until you see a little steam coming off the broth.
Add in the cocoa powder and sweetener, and whisk to combine. Add the mixture to your blender, and blend on high until the cocoa powder is completely incorporated.
Serve warm and garnish with a little whipped cream!
