Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Drain the brined turkey and pat dry with paper towels. Place on a roasting pan or a lined cooking sheet (you do not have to roast the turkey in a roasting pan if it is just the breasts).
Mix the butter and poultry seasoning and cover the Turkey pulling up the skin gently and seasoning it. If this makes you squeamish you brined the turkey - so you’re good! Just put the butter and seasonings on the outside of the turkey breast.
Every 20 minutes take a ¼ C of FOND and drizzle it over the turkey breast. This will turn the skin golden brown.
