In a large sauté pan, add the carrots, bone broth, ginger, cinnamon and maple syrup. Bring the heat up to a simmer and cook the carrots for approximately 10 minutes, or until just tender.
Turn the heat up to high, and let the liquid reduce until it glazes the carrots. Take the pan off the heat, and add in the butter, and stir until melted. Season the carrots to taste.
Garnish with fresh thyme leaves.
