In a food processor, add in the garbanzo beans, beets, garlic and bone broth. Begin processing until it becomes a paste, about 2 minutes. Scrape the sides down with a rubber spatula, add in the tahini, salt, and pepper and blend again until smooth. Taste for seasoning, and blend again to adjust consistency if needed.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-5 days.
