Tender Beef Chuck Roast

Ingredients

2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3-4 lb chuck roast
- 1 cup red wine, organic
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Dash of red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper
Directions
Preheat the oven to 325F.
- On the stovetop, in a large dutch oven, add the extra virgin olive oil and turn the heat to medium-high.
- Season the chuck roast with salt and pepper. Proceed to brown the chuck roast on both sides.
Add the 2 cups of bone broth, the wine and the seasoning to the dutch oven.
- Cover and place in the oven for 2-3 hours or until the meat is pull-apart tender.
