Our (coffee-free) bone broth latte has that pumpkin spice flavor you’re looking for, without any of the coffee jitters or sugary syrups. In fact, our version has a whole lot of GOOD stuff: healthy fats from the canned coconut milk or whole milk, protein (including beneficial amino acids like glycine) and collagen from our bone broth, and even fiber from the canned pumpkin.
Ingredients

¼ cup coconut milk or whole milk

2 tablespoons canned pumpkin

2 teaspoons honey

½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (We love this one!)
Directions
Combine all ingredients together in a saucepan over medium heat, and gently warm.
Pour the mixture in your blender, blend well, then pour into your favorite mug and enjoy!
Top with whipped cream if desired!
Pro-tip: If you want to try this latte iced, just pour all ingredients into the blender without warming them first. Then blend, pour into a cup with ice, and enjoy!
