Delicious Drinkable Coconut Lime Bone Broth Soup

This recipe is incredibly satisfying and so delicious. Made in my kitchen for busy on-the-go days, this bone broth soup is drinkable and will satisfy you! It also provides vital fat for your brain and protein for your cells.

Keto, Paleo, and Whole30 compliant ingredients are a crowd pleaser! This recipe feeds my whole family. My husband and I each have 10oz while the kids have 4 (4 of them). Your needs and family may be different. 


  • 2 jars FOND (Youth Tonic was my choice)
  • 1 15oz can coconut cream
  • 1/2 c cilantro 
  • 1 tsp mild harissa
  • 2 juiced limes
  • 2 TBS fish sauce

Warm the bone broth and coconut cream on the stovetop until simmering, don't worry if the coconut cream is chunky - the blender will take care of that! Transfer carefully to a Vitamix or blender, then add the harissa, fish sauce, cilantro and juice of 2 limes to the mixture, blend and enjoy!
