Our Harvest Marinara with bone broth is the perfect companion for cozy Fall meals. Whether you are serving it over broccoli, zoodles, or traditional noodles like spaghetti, your family will love the deep flavor FOND's Liquid Light adds to this delicious red sauce!
Start with a large dutch oven and heat the olive oil on medium heat. Add your veggies and saute for 5 minutes. If they are browning, the heat is too high and you need to reduce it.
Next, mix the beef into the veggies, breaking it into small pieces with a wooden spoon or two forks. Continue to cook with the veggies. Add in your tomatoes, bone broth, marinara and pumpkin and cook for 15 minutes. Next, add in the tomato paste and cook for and additional 30 - 45 minutes (until the color starts to turn dark red).
