Makes 22 1.5” Gummies |2 Gummies per Serving
Ingredients
-
⅔ Cup FOND Liquid Light
-
4 Packets of Gelatin Powder
-
4 tsp Agave Syrup
-
1 Cup Fresh Blackberries
-
½ Cup Orange Juice
Directions
Combine the bone broth with the gelatin in a small pot. Allow this to sit for 5 minutes.
In a blender, add the agave syrup, blackberries and orange juice. Blend on high until fully incorporated.
Place the pot of bone broth and gelatin onto medium/low heat. Once the gelatin has dissolved and is liquefied again, add in the agave syrup/blackberry/orange juice mixture through a fine mesh strainer to get rid of the blackberry seeds. Let the mixture come up to a very gentle simmer, and once it does it’s ready.
Pour the mixture into gummy molds. This will be easier if you use a turkey baster or eye dropper, but using a liquid measuring cup to pour them works as well!
Move the molds with the mixture to the fridge, and let them set for about an hour. These will firm up quickly!
