  • ⅔ Cup FOND Liquid Light
  • 4 Packets of Gelatin Powder
  • 4 T Agave Syrup
  • 1 Cup Fresh Blackberries
  • ½ Cup Orange Juice

  • Combine the bone broth with the gelatin in a small pot. Allow this to sit for 5 minutes.
  • In a blender, add the agave syrup, blackberries and orange juice. Blend on high until fully incorporated.
  • Place the pot of bone broth and gelatin onto medium/low heat. Once the gelatin has dissolved and is liquefied again, add in the agave syrup/blackberry/orange juice mixture through a fine mesh strainer to get rid of the blackberry seeds. Let the mixture come up to a very gentle simmer, and once it does it’s ready.
  • Pour the mixture into gummy molds. This will be easier if you use a turkey baster or eye dropper, but using a liquid measuring cup to pour them works as well!
  • Move the molds with the mixture to the fridge, and let them set for about an hour. These will firm up quickly!
