8 Ounces Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, cut into 4 slices
1 Bunch Fresh Basil, chiffonade cut
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and let it get hot.
Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt and pepper. When the oil begins to shimmer, add the chicken breasts. Cook for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown. Flip the chicken, then add the cherry tomatoes and bone broth.
Add a slice of mozzarella cheese on top of each chicken breast, cover the lid, and let cook for an additional 5-6 minutes. Once done, the chicken should be at an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Garnish with basil leaves, and serve immediately!
