A showstopping combination of beets, poblano and serrano, I love using our Beet & Serrano bone broth (formerly The Spur) in soups, stews and in any other way I can imagine. But by far my favorite ways to use it is warmed to a simmer, poured over freshly sliced avocado and paired with homemade pico-de-gallo (fresh salsa) or simply chopped cilantro.
