Have you ever heard of Bulletproof Coffee? Taking that same idea, we made a scrumptious bone broth latte using Kerrygold butter and Bulletproof's Brain Octane MCT oil. This is one of my favorite ways to start the day and it couldn't be simpler!

1 TB Kerrygold butter

1 TB Bulletproof Brain Octane Oil (or any MCT oil you have)

Pinch of garlic powder (optional)

Dash of cayenne pepper (optional)

Pinch of salt (We love Redmond Real Salt)
Directions
Start by warming your FOND Bone Broth and Kerrygold butter in a small saucepan. Once it comes to a simmer, transfer to a Vitamix or blender and add the MCT oil and garlic powder. Blend on high for 30 seconds or until frothy. Serve forth with a dash of salt, cayenne pepper, cracked pepper or anything your heart desires.
This recipe serves two. We find it is VERY kid friendly, they just guzzle it down.
